This policy sets the standards Providers must follow when presenting services, communicating, performing work and using SeekProv.
Providers must be at least 18, provide accurate information and complete checks required for their service or market. They must maintain any licence, qualification, insurance or registration legally required for their work.
Profiles and service listings must be accurate and current. Offers must clearly describe scope, price, materials, timing and material limitations without misleading claims.
Providers must communicate respectfully, arrive as agreed, perform work with reasonable care and use Start and Finish controls honestly.
A service business must disclose the worker who will attend. Individual Providers should complete the work personally unless an assistant or substitute has been disclosed and approved.
Off-platform payment, review manipulation and incentivised reviews are prohibited. Providers must follow safety requirements and must not offer illegal, dangerous or prohibited services.
When the platform goes live, Providers must cooperate with reasonable investigations. SeekProv may warn, restrict, suspend or remove a Provider depending on risk and severity. Enquiries may be sent to hello@seekprov.com.
Insurance, subscriptions, paid placement and other Provider products may be introduced later. They are not presented as currently available unless expressly launched.
