Can I book on this website?
Not yet. This is a temporary pre-launch website. Service discovery, messaging, Offers, booking, payments and Deal management will become fully active when SeekProv goes live.
What is Provider Mode?
Provider Mode lets a user list services and manage Provider activity from the same account they use as a Seeker.
What is a Deal?
A Deal is the structured in-app record created after a Seeker accepts a Provider’s Offer.
How does verification work?
Depending on the service and market, checks may include contact details, identity, liveness, address, business information, qualifications, licences, references or background checks.
How do I report a concern?
Contact hello@seekprov.com. When the app goes live, an in-app Get Help flow will also be available. Contact local emergency services first where there is immediate danger.
How do I delete my account?
Account-deletion instructions will be available when the app goes live. Privacy questions can be sent to hello@seekprov.com.
