SeekProv users can request permanent deletion of their account and associated personal data through a secure email-confirmation process.
Use the Delete Account option in the SeekProv app or select the request button above. Enter your username or account ID, registered email address and the required confirmation phrase. Never include your password, one-time code or identity document in the form.
Submitting the form does not start deletion. We send a secure confirmation link to the email address entered in the form. Press the Confirm account deletion button within 24 hours to verify the request. If the button is not pressed, the account remains active.
After the email button is pressed, the confirmation page will show that deletion has started. We will also send a second email confirming that the request is active and notify our support team to process it.
Once confirmed, we will delete or de-identify the account and associated personal data, including profile information and user content, except for information that must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute or regulatory reasons.
Limited Deal, transaction, payment, dispute, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting or legal-compliance records may be retained where required or permitted by law. Access is restricted and retained information is removed when the applicable requirement ends.
The 24-hour deletion period begins only after the account owner confirms through the email button. If you need to stop or change a confirmed request, contact support@seekprov.com immediately.
